Orovitz Physiology Lab - University of Miami
Sixto Architects provided design services fo the Physiology Lab for the University of Miami's School of Education. This 10,100 square foot space within the first floor of an existing campus building consists of grouping of large and small lab space requirements. Primary amongst these is the large open space with a variety of equipment for Cardiovascular, Muscle, Biomechanics and Fitness Equipment. Adjacent smaller spaces consist of a Hydro-Weight Room, a room DEXA equipment and a Biochem Lab. The Physiology Lab evaluates and treats university athletes as well as students, faculty and a limited number of the off-campus population.

Miami International Airport, Terminal Extension North, Phase III, Miami, Florida.
A 4-story, 450,000 SF terminal addition and renovation to Miami International Airport. In Addition to its design, the project required planning the phases and sequence of construction to maintain existing terminal operations at all times. (Spillis Candela & Partners)
Executive Terminal, Hangars and Maintenance Repair Facility, Signature Flight Support - Bradley International Airport, Hartford, CT.
This project included a new 17,000 SF executive terminal/operations facility for Signature Flight Support, the largest fixed base operator at Bradley International Airport. It also contains a 25,000 SF hangar and support space, a 20,000 SF maintenance and repair facility and 45,000 SF hangar/support spaces to accommodate corporate jets for United Technologies, a Fortune 100 company which is Signature's major tenant at Bradley. Hangar designs include coordination of NFPA 409 foam fire suppression systems and EPA approved disposal systems. (Spillis Candela & Partners)
